Committee approves nine appointees for municipal boards unanimously

Weymouth Budget/Management Committee voted unanimously on nine appointees to advance to the Town Council. The appointees included Arthur Burns to the Cultural Council, Timothy Cronin to the Community Events Committee, Amy Geary to the Commission on Disabilities, Daniel Johnson to the Memorial Committee, Cynthia Morrison (absent due to family emergency) to the Board of Health, Jon Osterman to the Redevelopment Authority, Sean Riley to the Board of Zoning Appeals as an alternate, Michael Salerno to the Board of Elder Services, and Christine Nickerson to the Waterfront Committee. The committee deferred the Fiscal Year 2027 Budget Process to its next meeting.
