The committee meeting February 3 heard from Chairperson Virginia Snell that the planned mailing involves approximately 38,000 pieces. Two scholarship applications have been received as of early February with a March 15 sponsor-donation deadline.
Treasurer Brian Kintz confirmed that town approval will be required to cover the projected budget overage.
