Weymouth School Committee votes 4-2 against hosting Kindergarten Here I Come table. Vice Chair Danielle Graziano moved against the proposal after discussion of equity and open meeting law concerns, with Chair Tracey Nardone presiding. Committee members Ashley Dickerman and Kelly McClean dissented.
The committee also approved $761,221.44 in bills and received updates from Superintendent Melanie Curtin on the strategic plan survey, which has drawn more than 1,700 responses.
