Board of Licensing · Meeting of October 20, 2026

Weymouth's licensing board revoked two massage establishment licenses after inspectors found code violations and an unauthorized worker. The Board of Licensing Commissioners voted unanimously to uphold a cease-and-desist order and revoke the license of Apple Healing Spa Inc., doing business as Exhale Zen Spa at 1002 Main Street, after Weymouth Police Detective Sergeant Paul Donnelly testified that an October 14 inspection found an unauthorized worker and signage linked to an adult website. The board separately revoked the license of Fore River Holistic Therapy LLC at 414 Bridge Street after Donnelly said the owner, Ms. Zhang, "is using multiple addresses, none of which can be confirmed other than the business address." In other action, the board denied a 24-hour operating request from Kolkata Cuisine Inc., approved a common victualler license for Scram Kitchens and Coffee at 4 Union Street, and approved a full license transfer for An Nam Fusion LLC at 625 Washington Street.
